The successful candidate will be tasked with supporting the development of the Individual and Group strategy through delivery of strategic and market insight and deliver strategic progress reporting for the business
Who we're looking for
The successful Strategic Insight Manager will be able to demonstrate the following attributes: 1. Deliver research and analysis, and effectively communicate findings, into market, developing insight into market performance, market drivers and trends, competitor dynamics and emerging business models to support the strategic development and reporting of the Business. 2. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across this Business to support delivery and engagement of strategic and insight related activities. 3. Co-ordinate and optimise research and insight activities that support the Business strategy and informed decision making. 4. Deliver material required for regular upwards reporting to the CEO including monthly CEO report and Balanced Scorecard within required timelines. 5. Support delivery of material required to report strategic progress at strategic meetings, Business Review meetings and external agencies ensuring strategy and performance are clearly understood 6. Provide strategic insight to support analysis of strategic capabilities including gap analysis and development needs to inform and shape business priorities 7. Provide ad hoc financial and market analysis as required.
