A junior associate role working closely with a Legal Director and senior Associate principally advising on all aspects of social housing finance security work (including (1) the charging of property portfolios as security for additional loan commitments, (2) refinancing of existing loan commitments and (3) consideration of and advice on ancillary property related documents) for a range of funders across this sector.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor with a background in Social Housing. Alternatively the client will consider a Real Estate or Residential Property background. It is likely you will come from a regional or city firm.
