The successful L&D Business Partner will provide commercially focussed learning and development solutions that enable development of management potential and increase organisational capability. This is a varied role and will cover areas such as, site inductions, coaching line managers holding regional meetings etc.

Who we're looking for
Previous experience in following:

• Working in regional model
• L&D Consultancy Skills
• Managing Senior Management Relationships
• Training Delivery Experience
• Management Development Design & Delivery
• TNA
• Ability to work as part of a wider L&D Team
