Responsibilities for the Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be:
Implementation of Online Marketing Content
• Working with the Brand Teams and IT to implement marketing content online in line with the brand contact plans - e.g. web pages; promotional banners; copy.
• Landing page versioning.
• Using two different cms, email building software, google analytics.
• Ensure above achieved to scheduled deadlines to ensure key publications online in line with offline mailings.
• Identify and implement (with IT and brand teams) any new content requirements.
• Liaise with agencies to ensure all content developed for the web is to the right technical specification.

Website Content Optimisation
• Work with the brand teams to ensure quality of all online content (e.g. copy, images) is exemplary and compelling and maximises SEO.

Implementation of Email Marketing Campaigns
• Email marketing campaigns - Select Data; Email template versioning; Email template load to prodo mail; Email distribution.
• Manage and own the process for all email suppression requests / data amendments / enquiries (e.g. catalogue requests?) working with key stakeholders in the organisation to ensure this process is robust.

Understanding of Analytics / Online Market
• Understand online statistics / analysis feedback from digital agency to monitor online performance.
• Develop and understanding of the most effective content techniques within the educational / retail market.
• Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and / or Omniture and implementation of content to maximise the use of analytics.

Other
• Working directly with several suppliers to ensure deliverable are met.
• Escalating web issues, and trying to find resolution within the business and with suppliers.
• Work alongside website project manager on the ongoing new website development project.
• General management of workflow through IT (with prioritisation guidance from brand teams).
• Review ongoing website queries / enquiries, identifying issues and working with IT, Developers and other areas of the business to drive through any necessary actions.

Who we're looking for
The successful Content Manager will have the following qualities:
The person needs to be dynamic, and pro-active. The job involves managing multiple deadlines, and also will be part of several workstreams, so if work is not delivered to them on time from other areas, they will be required to chase it, and drive it through.

Experience of retail is preferred, but any challenging / pressurized work background would be considered.
