Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing internal communications related to programs and initiatives, aligned with business strategy and goals, with a specific responsibility for internal for the Luxembourg office as well as Human Resources & IT (partial)
Developing effective employee engagement strategies, and supporting senior management in their ability to engage employees in business and organisational priorities
Providing internal communications counsel and support to Luxembourg-based GEC members as well as the Luxembourg Local Management Committee
Developing and executing communications strategy in support of local HR programs.
Managing all content and updates in area of responsibility for the global and local intranets, including feature and news stories
Creating and migrating content to the upcoming consolidated, global intranet
Developing best practices and template approaches that can be shared across internal communication team members for optimal efficiency and impact
Crafting key messages, presentations, Q&As and other documents used by executives to convey strategy and ensure consistent, coherent cascade of information across the company
Identifying and preparing responses to employee issues that may impact employee engagement and the company's reputation
Developing communications that are high quality, coherent and consistent across businesses and geographies, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness
Who we're looking for
You have significant relevant experience in internal communications
You have experience advising different levels of management
Complimentary experience with online, external communication and marketing activities preferred
Past experience in the financial sector preferred
You are perfectly fluent in English and have a high level of spoken and written French
You have the ability to understand the investor services environment, key business and company culture issues, and translate these into effective internal communication programs and messages, both at a global and local level
You have the ability to coach senior executives as effective internal spokespeople
You have the ability to develop, lead and execute the full range of internal communication outputs (strategy, planning, positioning, change management, writing, editing, tool and channel development, measurement, etc)
You have the ability to manage internal and external suppliers and deliver under tight deadlines
Computer Literacy - MS Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) as well as online collaboration tools (Sharepoint)

This person will report to the Director of Internal Communications, and will help build employee engagement and a strong company culture by ensuring the overall effectiveness of internal communications worldwide.
