Marketing Director

As Marketing Director you will take full responsibility for the planning and implementation of the strategic marketing plan. You will drive sales through the creation and management of a direct sales team and realignment of the existing customer care team.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering established marketing mechanics and core marketing processes to the highest standard and striving to continually improve them
• Revamping the website and developing and driving a strong online and social media presence
• Leading and managing the sales team by creating a high performing sales culture with robust processes
• Monitoring and analysing industry/market trends and competitors products and services to identify opportunities for new service offerings to enhance our customer proposition

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a B2C marketer with first hand experience of building a brand in a service related environment. You will bring creativity and flair to the role combined with proven ability to deliver and make things happen.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Demonstrate a track record of building a brand from a solid base in a 'high end' service industry
• Establish immediate credibility by adding value from day one
• Have experience of operating at executive level
• Demonstrate strong team leadership skills
• Be highly commercial and customer focused with a strong operational and strategic approach
• Be able to bring new ideas to the table which are ambitious and exciting but always grounded in reality
• Work at pace, cope with conflicting demands and deliver multiple projects alongside the 'day job' to an equally high standard
• Share our vision and be results orientated
