Senior Design Engineer

As the Senior Design Engineer you will provide mechanical & hydraulic design capability to engineering activities/projects assigned to the engineering department. You will also be required to:
• Support Current and New product design and development projects as required
• Create and Update component and sub-system models using 3D CAD tools (Pro-Engineer Wildfire 5). Generate 2D drawings from 3D CAD models according to design standards
• Prepare and release Engineering Change Orders (ECO) using the Terex in-house ERP system
• Understand the purpose, usage and worth of engineering processes and document formats (NPPD, FMEA, FTA, concept sheets, internal design standards, industry design standards).
• Deploy a high degree of competency in the execution of the following core tasks:
• Make use of standard documentation forms to capture and communicate Engineering intent as necessary throughout the business
• Support Continuous Improvement activities within the Engineering community

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will be BSc / B Eng qualified with previous experience of mobile off-high/industrial products. In addition, you will have a hands-on approach to Engineering Design and Development
