Business Development Manager will be responsible for a complete sales cycle of outsourced services. This is a highly solution based sale, involving several decision makers and a sales cycle of 1-3 months.

Who we're looking for
Successful Business Development Manager will be able to demonstrate:
• Proven track record in a new business role in a solution sales environment;
• Experience of selling into HR;

• Southern Home Counties location;
• Full clean driving licence.
