As UK HR Manager your role will be to initially develop a strong understanding of the business and an effective diagnosis of the people issues to develop the HR agenda and support the delivery of high quality solutions. you will An active and influential player, you`ll add value across the board, from organisation change and employee relations through to performance development with an emphasis on strengthening a team-orientated culture. You will deliver people management strategies which support the business' overall strategic aims and objectives. Contribute at both a strategic and operational level to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate solutions which support business aims plus providing a customer-focused commercial HR service.

Ensure that good working practices are fostered and that the business is compliant with legislation and all Company policies and procedures and best practice.

Who we're looking for
• Strong operational HR experience - willing to "role up their sleeves"
• Good knowledge of organisational design
• Senior HR leader with in-depth people management & development skills
• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of UK employment
• Outsourcing/technology background
