Recruitment Specialist

This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to build a recruitment team in a start up culture.

Responsibilities will include, however will not be limited to the following;
• Creating and implementing the strategic direction of the recruitment function including
embedding processes, tools etc.
• Leading graduate recruitment efforts and building relationships with core
faculties
• Conducting operational recruitment activity including drafting staffing plans with hiring
managers, optimizing sourcing options, screening applications, conducting interviews
• Identifying and managing external vendors (job boards, recruitment agencies), negotiating
best terms and working with legal to draft contracts
• Proactively sourcing candidates to fill critical roles (data mining, cold calling, outreach
efforts) and managing the candidate experience
• Collaborating with the wider team on recruitment related issues and sharing best
practice
• Reporting recruiting metrics on a weekly basis to global manager and wider team
• Providing day to day guidance to two recruiting administrators ensuring that the recruitment
activity is seamlessly delivered
• Delivering other ad hoc HR specific projects such as organizational survey, 360 survey, EVP
initiatives

Who we're looking for
• Previous experience as an in-house recruiter recruiting for technical and
business roles at all levels (Interns/graduates through to senior hires)
• Experience of managing the end to end recruitment process from drafting job adverts,
screening CV, interviewing, conducting assessment centres, managing the offer and
on boarding
• Demonstrated relationship building skills with candidates, internal stakeholder, third party
vendors
• Ability to network internally and externally and share best practice with wider team
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate high level of organizational skills
• Previous experience in IT recruitment
• Degree qualified
• Qualified assessor of psychometric assessment tools
• Generalist HR background e.g. Learning and Development, Talent Management
• CIPD part or fully qualified
