As recruiter you will take responsibility for the sourcing, assessment, selection and hiring of employees. Focusing on specific business areas, youwill provide a consultancy service to hiring managers and HR BusinessPartners to identify and specify key hiring requirements, agree and execute a resourcing strategy and project plan in line with agreed targets and Service Level Agreements.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
• Demonstrable Resourcing and Selection experience across all levels
• IT literate.
• A proven working knowledge of HR policies, issues and current employment law (e.g. Diversity; Equal Opportunities)
• Commercial awareness.
• Degree Qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experience of using a wide variety of sourcing channels including the internet, employee referral and advertising.
