My Client is currently looking for a Global In-House Recruitment Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the North Sea recruitment strategy though effective leadership of the Resourcing team. The role requires a proven ability to implement and manage best practice recruitment processes and to identify and embed continuous improvement opportunities in this area. In addition, there is a requirement to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholder groups. Excellent organisational and influencing skills are required in order to help the team to be successful in a complex, matrixed environment. Please note this is a Managerial role. Key accountabilities will include: - Support the development and own the implementation of the North Sea attraction campaign - Lead a team to deliver UK recruitment against a defined demand plan - Act as primary point of contact for UK client groups and HR partners, providing counsel to ensure recruitment best practice is embedded - Measure ongoing performance through metrics and recommend ongoing improvements to strengthen results - Represent our Client at recruitment events and conferences - Ensure compliance with our Clients policies - Participate in selection and use of third parties as part of an overall recruitment strategy - Help the wider Upstream Resourcing Team to be successful, including through participation in specific process improvement projects. - Share and develop ongoing best practice with the Norway Recruitment Lead
Who we're looking for
To be successful it is essential you have a background in in-house recruitment ideally on a global basis. You will have excellent interpersonal and senior level stakeholder management skill. Furthermore, a proven track record of leading full cycle recruitment processes in a complex organisation is essential. This is a Managerial role therefore it is also essential you have previous management experience. Travel will be required.
