Campaign Manager

Day-to-day management and implementation of the SEO strategy including:
• Monitoring and reporting results against targets and KPI's
• Ensuring that Google-facing website development, HTML and architecture adhere to SEO best practice
• Managing the consideration, prioritisation and implementation of on-site, technical changes with the web producer, IT and QA teams
• Work with the PR and Content teams (and agencies) to ensure that on- and off-site content/PR are optimised for SEO and syndicated
• Managing and developing the programme of generating high quality online coverage

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate would:
• Have experience working on SEO for a large website/brand
• Have demonstrable, up-to-date, experience of implementing best-practice SEO against Google's ranking factors
• Keep up-to-speed with algorithm changes and recommend updates to our strategy accordingly
• Be super-organised and able to co-ordinate high-profile, often complex, work across external agencies and internal teams (e.g. IT, QA, PR, Advertising, Compliance teams) - being able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
• Have strong attention to detail when looking at everything SEO-related - from internal links, to 404 errors, to optimising press releases
• Get excited about all aspects of SEO - from traffic, to social media coverage, to on-site tags to site speed
• Have strong Excel skills e.g. comfortable using pivot tables and VLookUp
• Have strong writing and grammar skills - being able to write and edit compelling copy
