Your role as an Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of standards within this brand. They have a reputation for high standards and want an area operations manager to help drive the business forward.
The Role will be looking at 5 core areas:
• Profit - To be part of a team that will deliver the most successful retail brand in terms of profit and customers
• Culture - Assist in Shaping and delivery of a forward thinking culture that builds on our existing cultural strengths and fits with our future retail strategy.
• People - Contribute to the people strategy that supports this cultural build via active involvement of design and role model leadership
• Operations - To lead and motivate a team of 8/9 Area Managers, fully utilising and developing their skills and capabilities and promoting a culture of high performance and consistent delivery
• Retail Planning - To work closely with the Operations Director in developing the retail strategy and business plan, managing the various business development work streams that underpin the strategy

My client Is not necessarily looking for someone from a gaming background a strong background in commercial retail or hospitality is preferred
You must have had at least 3 years of Senior operational experience preferably at a regional or area level.

What's on offer
£45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience + bonus, car and pension
