This is a great opportunity for a HR Business Partner who is looking to join a Business Services company in the West Midlands. Duties of the role will include:
• Driving a high performance culture by challenging management teams to apply a breadth of performance and development principles when making people planning decisions and strategies
• Act as an enabler in building organisational capability through leadership review and talent pipeline
• Development of change management strategies, translating into development activities, resource and culture plans
• Play a key role in vacancy management focusing on proactive recruitment, annual resource forecasting, and processes to attract the best people
• Tactically manage employee relations minimising cost and facilitating the mitigation of cost to ensure has zero business performance impact.

The ideal candidate will currently be working as a HR Business Partner with strong management development experience.
