Temp ⁄ Long term interim role - part - time hours 10 to 21 hours per week - salary 35 to 40K pro rata

We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to establish a range of HRprocesses within a rapidly expanding business. In the first instance you will be required to introduce a suite of measures to support business needs; performance management system, formal performance reward system, harmonisation of contracts, terms and conditions and employee benefits. The role will evolve in accordance with business needs and expansion.

Who we're looking for
An immediately available HR generalist you will have experience embedding HR process in order to support and improve business efficiency. Ideally you will have experience building a HR department for scratch or as a minimum developing HR and performance related bonus systems ion order to support a sales force. Ideally you will have some experience supporting a warehouse and distribution unit. You will be available at short notice and will be seeking part time employment.
