Internal Sales Manager

As Internal Sales Manager you will be tasked with delivering customer service excellence and helping to drive the business across the UK.
• Manage and develop all UK relationships, from Head Offices of buying groups through to independent retailers
• Liaise with multiple customers buying teams
• Ensure excellent customer service is upheld at all times
• Train and up skill all internal sales staff to identify and seize sales opportunities
• Set and monitor appropriate KPI's to increase productivity and sales

Who we're looking for
Ideal candidates would be experienced Internal Sales Managers.
You will:
• Have a proven track record in internal sales and customer service
• Have a background in luxury goods: such as jewellery, home furnishings or tableware
• Be an accomplished leader of people

We are looking for demonstrable experience in / understanding of:
• Moving a customer service based team into more commercial sales orientated individuals
• Methods to increase company brand and profile via promotional activity
• Strong work ethic
• Good strategic input into driving business forward
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A European language would be beneficial however not essential
• Ambitious attitude
