Key duties:
Based out of Leicester with role will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic product plans for a range of assigned product lines with full P&L accountability for all activity associated with those product lines.
Evaluates customer product requests.
Leads product development resources and co-ordinates other functional areas of the business as necessary to achieve cost targets and volume expectations on key product projects.
Leads the product introduction.
Assess competitive product offerings.
Evaluates and helps prioritize plant custom engineering, cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.

Who we're looking for
The minimum requirements for this position are a degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering, and three years prior experience in electronics products, marketing, application engineering or product engineering, or experience in a product or marketing capacity with an electrical or electronic manufacturer.
