Assist President of Accounting Department in managing global SSC at multiple locations on all operational facets and work directly with senior management as well as process owners on pertinent accounting issues. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to, optimizing the SSC organizational structures, both at the headquarters, regional, and country levels, to achieve the most effective and efficient results; designing and implementing operative accounting processes and control measures for SSC to ensure full compliance with company policies, applicable GAAP requirements, external reporting regulations and internal performance measurements; developing viable and practical KPI to warrant the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial reports at all levels cognizant by SSC; providing accounting, financial and operational advices to support management decision-making on current business practices as well as potential opportunities; devising department strategic, budget and personnel plans.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant should have significant public and industry accounting experience with compatible ICT solution provider business knowledge, among which must have applicable operational experience in SSC management, preferably from a listed company following IFRS. He or she should have an accounting qualification. Fluency in English is required, Chinese is a plus.
