Our client, a London based Big 4 Consultancy, is looking for a Strategic Manager Commercial Due Diligence Financial Services. You will be joining a rapidly growing area of the firm and will have the opportunity to work with high profile, talented individuals who have first-hand experience of working in the Financial Services Industry. You will be working on a broad range of projects and transactions that tie in with other areas of the firm, such as audit, tax and consulting practices allowing you to work as part of a larger integrated team delivering innovative solutions for clients. The teams covers areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence and Strategy projects and has experienced considerable growth over the last few years. The role will also include: • Day to day management of projects with a practical and commercial approach • Research into recent transactional trends • Participate in marketing initiatives
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have worked within the Financial Services Industry previously. You will have a track record of working on Strategy and Commercial due diligence projects, within Financial Services (insurance is preferable though not essential). You will have strong commercial acumen/market awareness, as well as strong business diagnostic skills. Further requirements include: • A minimum 2:1 or above from a leading University • Experience of the Financial Services industry (insurance preferable though not essential) either in Industry or a Consulting environment, in Strategy or Commercial Due Diligence • Strong Project Management skills • Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
