This position resides within the Marketing department and is responsible for the administration and utilisation of the Eloqua marketing automation system. The individual will be responsible for the UK public training business and will manage a junior Marketing/Database research assistant. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the bi-directional integration with sales force CRM so the ideal candidate would have administered the Eloqua platform in a Sales force integrated environment. This individual will also be responsible for advising and supporting marketing managers in the creation and execution of campaigns in Eloqua. The individual will be working closely with sales to optimise the lead conversion and work towards one unified sales/marketing funnel.
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all planning and technical aspects of marketing activities through online and offline campaigns including development, segmentation, messaging, traffic coordination, and budget management. You will also develop impactful landing pages as well as the implementation of ongoing A/B testing for forms and other communications; develop automated campaigns to retain existing customers and generate new customers; develop lead nurturing programmes to increase funnel velocity and conversion rates. The successful candidate should also have experience of developing, maintaining, and optimising lead scoring programmes and maintaining/optimising lead flow processes.

Who we're looking for
It is important that the marketing manager maintains the strategy for ongoing standardisation of usage and data entry, whilst optimising data hygiene through the development of automated programmes and quarterly external cleansing. They will also be responsible for developing standards and processes around all system integration points and providing ongoing aggregate analysis of all lead generation campaigns. The marketing manager will work with Eloqua to understand roadmap, enhancements and updates.
The successful candidate will have experience of: full mix marketing (off line and online marketing), and importantly will have experience of using CRM system(s), preferably the Eloqua automation system and/or Sales force CRM; developing and executing strategic plans for Eloqua optimisation and database development; and developing lead scoring and nurturing programs that support marketing.
