Our client, a London based Big 4 Consultancy, is looking for a Strategic Director Commercial Due Diligence Financial Services. You will be joining a rapidly growing area of the firm and will have the opportunity to work with high profile, talented individuals who have first-hand experience of working in the Financial Services Industry.
You will be working on a broad range of projects and transactions that tie in with other areas of the firm, such as audit, tax and consulting practices allowing you to work as part of a larger integrated team delivering innovative solutions for clients. The teams covers areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence and Strategy projects and has experienced considerable growth over the last few years.
The role will also include: • Day to day management of projects with a practical and commercial approach, taking responsibility for project delivery • Research into recent transactional trends • Participate in marketing initiatives • Development and maintenance of own network of contacts both within the firm and externally
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have worked within the Financial Services Industry previously. You will have a track record of working on Strategy and Commercial due diligence projects, within Financial Services (insurance is preferable though not essential). You will have strong commercial acumen/market awareness, as well as strong business diagnostic skills.
Further requirements include: • A minimum 2:1 or above from a leading University • Experience of the Financial Services industry (insurance preferable though not essential) either in Industry or a Consulting environment, in Strategy or Commercial Due Diligence • Strong Project Management skills • Logical and methodical approach to problem solving • A strong network of senior level contacts in the Financial Services Sector
