As a Menswear Merchandiser based in the Southern Home Counties your key responsibilities will include:
• Produce and control open to buy proposals in conjunction with buying teams by analysing current, future and proposed season ranges
• Plan and build a balanced and commercial range in conjunction with buying team
• Create and manage accurate forecasts for sales, stock and markdown
• Review and manage out of season/discontinued stock
• Manage both the size matrix and option count levels
• Monitor and review seasonal stock levels to ensure that terminal stock targets are achieved
• Manage the intake of stock from point of receipt to shop floor
• Develop and implement strategies to create monthly closing stock targets by department
• Create and manage an appropriate and timely markdown strategy, ensuring that profit, net achieved margin and terminal stock levels are achieved
• Assist with the management reporting requirements
• Work with the buying teams to ensure that delivery dates are accurate

Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this Merchandiser role on Menswear you will need:
• Excellent excel skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong influencing ability
• Good communication skills
• Used to working within team
• High standard of planning and organising
• Be highly numerate and currently at Merchandiser level
