Regional HR Advisor

As a Regional HR Advisor you will report into both the Area HR Manager and Hospital Director. You will take full ownership for your region and have responsibility forall daily operational queries including managing a number of complex ER cases.Expectations are that you will be out in the field 4 days a week with 1 day office based. Other responsibilities;
• Managing staff performance
• Supporting and empowering managers to take ownership of their homes and hospitals
• Recruitment
• Advising managers on complex ER/Absence cases

Who we're looking for
You will be a proactive HR Advisor ideally with regional/multi-site experience. CIPD qualified or working towards you will have previous exposure to working in a fully operational role, including managing complex ER case work.
