The candidate will be taking full ownership of the end-to-end bid campaigns and be responsible for putting in place a bid strategy.
Working with directors to take the organisation in new directions.
Create winning bid propositions.
Manage the bid team.
Introduction of all bid procedures and processes.

Who we're looking for
Background in Professional Services.
Experience of bid management from initial opportunity identification through to presentation.
Commercially focused.
Excellent attention to detail.
Competitive, enthusiastic manner.
Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
