1. To develop and deliver digital sales training which aims to improve the sales performance of the Group by ensuring that all commercial sales staff receive appropriate training and development to meet their individual requirements whilst also ensuring that all training is delivered to meet the group's business objectives and sales training 'ethos' determined by The Sales Training Academy
2. This role is part of the Sales Academy, delivering digital sales training which is considered to be best in class. The main responsibility of this position is to deliver digital sales training to all businesses across the group
3. To operate as an internal digital specialist to each business advising, monitoring and reviewing all aspects of digital commercial training and development.
Who we're looking for
• Can demonstrate having worked in a commercial digital training and development role with a proven track record of conducting training needs analysis, designing training interventions, delivering training programmes and evaluating development activities.
• Has a passion and proven track record in selling or working in a digital environment
• A proven track record of successfully implementing digital sales training into a fast paced organisation
• Preferably a track record of working in a training and development role in a blue chip, multi site environment.
• Experience of working in a digital sales role is essential
• An understanding and application of:
• How the commercial digital world operates • Facilitating groups of people and managing group dynamics • A range of on and off the job training learning methods • E learning solutions • Coaching • Modern sales practices, models and principles • Conducting training needs analysis using a variety of techniques
