Marketing & Business Development Manager

International Consultancy

North Surrey

Permanent ⁄ £40000 - £45000

The role is a split between Marketing and Business Development and will involve international travel up to 15 weeks of the year with stays of a week to a month at a time. You will working with multi level clients from HR, purchasing managers, CEO's to deputy prime ministers where you will be developing the marketing strategy through to face to face client development. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement the marketing plan encompassing the full marketing mix including PR, events, on and offline materials and working with the different communication teams in other countries.
• Develop and exploit the CRM system to support marketing and sales and measure the success of marketing and Business Development activity.
• Undertake business development visits to developing markets and develop the overall business development strategy with the BD Manager through research and analysis.

Who we're looking for
This is a vital role for the business and the right person will have a strong track record in business development and marketing internationally utilising the full marketing mix, you will be able to travel and be able to deal with strong characters and difficult stakeholders. You will be able to work in a team and with your own initiative and proven success in strategy development.
