Working predominantly on multiple groups or large independent accounts, the Sales Development Manager will focus on developing existing accounts and maximising business opportunities. Working predominantly in theEast Angliaarea, you will go up against a range of competitive organisations and brands, all of whom are keen to drive distribution and profit in the On-Trade sector. You will liaise with buyers and bar managers - either centrally or in each outlet, depending on the account - and work with one of the leading brewers in the UK market in order to maximise sales opportunities through pricing, promotion, training and support.

Who we're looking for
The successful applicant for this Sales Development Manager role will:
• have a strong and proven track record in the sales arena
• have current working knowledge of the FMCG environment - ideally in the On-Trade
• be commercially astute - able to identify and exploit new business opportunities in a commercially viable manner
• be able to develop and drive both new and existing relationships to the financial benefit of both company and client
• display a successful record in 'opening doors' in a highly competitive environment
• be highly numerate
• be a strong team player, but also able to work and make important decisions autonomously
• Live on patch within the East Anglia area
