As HR Manager, you work closely with business partners to implement the operational HR plan. This role will focus on delivery of complex case management and significant project work which could include: TUPE, site closure, consultation. With multiple key stakeholders, it is essential that you build effective relationships at all levels.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a background in HR Generalism, with an expert knowledge of Employee Relations, TUPE and consultation. In addition to being an excellent relationship builder, you will need to demonstrate an ability to deliver effective results at pace.
