This role is responsible for best practice of email marketing inthe law firm and driving the use of our CRM systems through the business. The role is essential in delivering an effective, fast-paced sales and marketing service totheir internal clients. Support recognition that timely and up-to-date data is key to effective CRM. Contribute to the continuous review, improvement of processes, and adoption of our marketing technology systems.
Who we're looking for
This role would be ideal for a graduate (possibly working towards their CIM qualifications) looking for a mixture of both technology and sales and marketing challenges. You'll be relatively autonomous in terms of your responsibilities, but will be a central part of a broader Sales and Marketing team. You may well be have some prior workplace experience in technology and/or sales and marketing and will probably have used InterAction or be a quick learner of CRM systems. You'll be comfortable in asking more senior members of the firm to spend time on activities you are managing. So you'll probably have a natural, engaging style and an ability to network effectively within the firm. Ability to interpret a marketing brief into a data requirement to support a campaign and/or ongoing development of Interaction. You should be adept verbal and written digital marketing Communications - confident enough to know what makes a great headline and grabs a reader's attention and draws them in. You'll also be confident enough to clarify incomplete/unclear instructions before acting. You will have a good working knowledge of HTML, web development protocols and standards as well as experience of using Excel to manipulate large volumes of data.
