Bundaberg Brewed Drinks are currently looking to grow their presence by recruiting an energetic Regional Sales Manager to drive their brand into Europe, Africa & the Middle East.
• This role is pivotal in the development plans within Bundaberg Brewed Drinks.
• You will lead the expansion and launch plan into Germany, Norway, Sweden, South Africa while also focusing on the UK/European market place.
• You will be solely responsible for managing the local distributors within Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
• You will lead and motivate a team of sales account managers within your given patch.
• You will be in charge of sales plan development, including implementation and KPI achievements.
• You will strive to smash targets set and be the face of the Bundaberg Brewed Drinks brand within your area.
Who we're looking for
• Bundaberg Brewed Drinks are looking for a self starter who is currently working within a large Blue Chip organisation.
• You will have experience selling impulse portfolios either within Drinks or Foods.
• Our client is looking for a hungry, motivated, confident individual with strong negotiation skills.
• You will have a strong stable background, showing that you have developed and progressively grown within the companies that you have worked for. Ideally you will have worked up the ranks from Sales Exec, to Key Account Manager to potentially currently managing a large multiple retailer, ideally a Tesco's or a Sainsbury's.
• You will be at National Account level managing a large demanding account. It is not necessary for you to have global experience however if you did then it would be beneficial.
• Bundaberg Brewed Drinks are looking for a confident manager who will potentially grow into General Management level within the company as they beat targets and achieve their KPI's.
• A break through attitude with a good balance of academic mind set and also knowledge of current trends within the drinks sector.
• You will be a natural planner, with strong developed negotiation and communication skills.
