Reporting to the General Manager of IT, you will be responsible for working in partnership with the Business functions of Ann Summers to ensure systems requirements are identified and met. A key part of your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders in a variety of functions across the business. You will be responsible for driving internal system and process improvements, facilitating the need to meet business objectives and managing any contrasting demands on resources. The role incorporates a wide range of responsibilities, including Project Management, Budget responsibilities and 3rd Party vendor management. You will also be accountable for managing/or matrix managing a team of business analysts, with responsibility for both operational management and personal development. Experience in Merchandising solutions is preferable.

The successful candidate will have a strong, demonstrable history of working in a similar position within a fast paced Retail environment.The role will require someone who is business focused, commercially aware, and able to quickly build credibility within the business. The successful candidate will need to have the following demonstrable experience: - Proven experience of managing and motivating a team - Experience of all stages of the development lifecycle - Experience of managing budgets and reporting against plans - Ability to build relationships and influence others - Good communication skills and the ability to speak the user's language - Good prioritisation skills and ability to strike the right balance between long term/short term support issues - Ability to control a number of projects simultaneously
