•The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
•Boost salesfiguresfrominternal sales staff
• Mentortelesales staff through implementation of salesabilitieshonedthroughout yourcareer
• Beempathetic towards telesales staff's strengths and weaknesses and develop aplan ofaction based on those needs
• 80% of time will be spent based on the floor coaching staff; 20% working with Service Improvement Team

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Substantial coaching/people managementexperience
• Experience working a sales environment
• A background in insurance sales is desirable, but not required
• Be based in the Glasgow area
