Interim HR Advisor

Temp ⁄ Salary c£30,000 (pro rata for 6 months) DOE

Starting in the next couple of weeks, the role is to provide proactive HR support and guidance to Managers and advise them on policies and processes. There will be an element of coaching in the role and the client group can be demanding and therefore someone who is resilient is ideal. The role is to cover maternity leave for 6 months.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have experience working as a HR Officer/Advisor within a Professional Services / Financial Services environment and ideally be CIPD qualified.

My client is a large Professional Services organisation based in Birmingham.
