As the International Product Manager based in their UK offices in Slough - your overall role is to develop and execute the requirements to establish the brand within Europe. You will achieve this by undertaking the following responsibilities;
• Define, develop and implement the product strategy for the European Market
• Work with external partners in order to drive the NPD from concepts to launch
• Research and understand the needs for the consumer in the international market place
• Work with the local country management teams and external distributers to develop and implement local product derivatives
• Identify key development needs
• Develop the marketing positioning, claims and launch strategies for new product ranges.
• Work closely international category specialist in detailed marketing executionstages to support packaging and marketing literature.

Who we're looking for
• As the International Product Manager you must have a passion for the consumer and solid product marketing experience. In addition to this you must posses the following qualities;
• Global strategic thinking
• Professional expertise and familiarity in customer facing situations
• Change leadership.
• Team player
• comfortable travelling to Overseas
• Excellent oral and written skills.
