• Finance control and management
• To support & deputise for the Chief Exec.
• Company Secretary responsibilities
• Responsibility of IT systems
• Financial Presentation
• Finance Business Partnering
• Board level participation

Who we're looking for
The right candidate will have the following experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or overseas equivalent)
• Strategic planning
• Budgeting
• Leadership experience
• Financial Planning
• Board level reporting
• Review & preparation of statutory accounts
• Presentation to non finance & finance audiences
