Marketing Campaign Executive Job Summary - Working with the Marketing Manager, the rest of the marketing team and telesales team / management with responsibility for defining and executing lead generation campaigns (new business and base accounts), to meet agreed revenue targets and objectives. Also manage the CRM database / data.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Work with the marketing, sales and telesales teams to plan and implement effective integrated marketing campaigns to enable the teams / business to meet sales revenue targets
• Develop, manage and implement an annual campaign plan across full product portfolio, in all target markets, to both base and new business customers
• Manage the campaign life-cycle from planning through execution to analysis and reporting
• Develop creative, innovative & eye-catching retention & acquisition campaigns to drive upgrade, upsell, cross-sell, new product
• Ensure that campaign data and call out lists are segmented, selected and targeted effectively to maximise ROI
• Draft detailed & effective campaign briefs & ensure they are effectively delivered & understood by the telesales teams & sales
• Ensure that all campaign follow up and response is accurately recorded by telesales
• Produce reports/analysis and information on marketing campaign results daily or weekly, as directed by the Marketing Manager
Who we're looking for
• Degree level education in Marketing or a business related subject or commensurate experience<BR>• Marketing qualifications (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing campaigns role
• Strong experience of supporting a B2B marketing function
• Experience of marketing into Professional Services or professional customer bases
• Demonstrable campaign planning and execution experience, preferably within a B2B environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects ensuring delivery on time / budget
• Ability to evaluate, understand, interpret and segment data appropriately for targeted campaigns
• Experience of working with marketing campaigns alongside Telesales operations
• Ability to write compelling & innovative campaign copy appropriate for the communication channel / medium, recognising & effectively communicating key hooks & messages
• Familiarity with and experience of using email campaign software
• Experience of using CRM systems for integrated campaigns & reporting
• Good commercial awareness
• Legal industry knowledge
