I am looking for a Performance & Management Information Advisor's. The role is responsible for the development and production of performance &management information related to one or more areas of the organisations activities; detailed analysis of that MI; and for the delivery of management information across all activities to one of the organisations Business Units. The occupant of the role will also liaise and present the findings of the MI with stakeholder groups, bringing issues of concern and seeking mitigating actions where appropriate.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a candidate with:
• Strong track record of consistent delivery of high quality, accurate, output to deadline.
• Understanding of performance processes and business drivers.
• Numerate and experience of manipulating and interpreting data.
• Good team worker; able to work flexibly to contribute to delivery of wider team and Departmental objectives, and respond to changing requirements and priorities.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Written communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with senior people.
• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work under pressure with an innovative and creative approach.
• Ability to present the outcome of analysis clearly, effectively, orally and in writing.
• Business acumen and ability to gain the respect of stakeholders
