This is an exciting opportunity to join a leisure travel company who are in a period of growth. The role is predominantly online and will require you to be involved in all elements of online marketing such as web content management, updates, google ad words, promotional activity andmanaging agencies. You will also be involved in some offline marketing such as brochure work.
Key responsibilities include:
• You will lead and execute marketing communications plan including advertising, promotions, public relations, competitions and onsite communications.
• Monitor and report on web activity and ensure maximum traffic is generated on site through promotion, content, SEO and PPC activity
• Manage PPC activity to support campaign activity
• Improve the brands social media engagement through facebook and twitter
• Generate new product development ideas to improve the guest experience
• Work closely with internal and external customers such as regional tourism partners and local attraction companies

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must have leisure/travel marketing experience. You will have website management experience, particularly in SEO, PPC and affiliates. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing print collateral i.e. posters, leaflets and brochures and have a proven track record of planning and executing through the line marketing campaigns.
You will be creative but analytical and you need to be confident with spreadsheets, understand statistics, trends and budget models. You will be competent in copywriting, have a strong customer focus and a good eye for detail.
