Commercial Finance Manager

Britvic are a market leading soft drinks company with a highly impressive portfolio of brands including Tango, Robinsons, J2O, Gatorade, Pepsi, Juicy Drench and Juicy Drench and of course the Britvic brand.There are several opportunities available as a result of continued growth and the pending company relocation. These positions will play a key role in driving business strategy, direction and profitability
Responsibilities include -
* Delivering impactful and insightful analysis into business performance across the group
* Provide financial support, analysis and commercial challenge to business facing channel teams
* Provision of support to three year strategic plan including insightful analysis and decision support to senior management team
* Develop and manage the group planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
* Influencing key stakeholders and developing common vision across the group
* Key member of finance community playing a supporting role in developing people, succession planning and coaching.

Who we're looking for
Applicants will be ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with a proven background in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Decision Support. Ideally you will come from an FMCG / consumer goods background however larger company / blue chip employers will also be considered. You will enjoy and thrive within a fluid, fast moving environment, embracing change and challenge within your work.
