An Excellent opportunity for a South East based Business Development Manager selling technical/industrial Renewable Energy solutions, specifically focusing on the biomass products. Reporting into the General Manger you will be targeting new business across the region, meeting and selling to senior level clients, prepare and deliver high value tenders in order to grow and develop a profitable region. This role requires someone very self motivated that has had lots of experience self generating leads and mapping out an area. The role is a technical specification sell selling targeting Local Authorities, Hospitals, Prisons and Hotels. You will be dealing with end users as well as main contractors and architects. For this reason it is vital that you have had strong experience selling a technical product via specification.
Who we're looking for
The successful Business Development Manager will: • Have previously sold a technical product via specification ideally into LEA's or the leisure sector. • Having experience selling Renewable Energy products specifically Biomass Boilers would be advantageous • Be extremely motivated and driven • Have previous experience of running and developing their own territory. • Have previous experience self generating leads • Have the ability to manage long term sales cycles and pipe lines. • Have a proven track record in solutions sales. •Must be located in the South East
