This exciting opportunity with a Blue Chip Firm is looking for a new Production Manager.The main responsibilities are:

• To lead and manage a team of people to successfully meet business targets
• To support the lean drive within the business.
• Focus Continuous Improvement activities within the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure OEE Improvements are achieved
• New product placement
• Improving H&S culture
• Driving down costs

The ideal candidate will be:
• Able to show a track record in managing successful teams.
• KPI orientated.
• H&S Focused.
• Determined and driven.
• FMCG experience.
• Change advocate.

Desirable Attributes:
• IOSH/NEBOSH trained.
• Quality background.
• Some project experience.
• Trouble shooting skills.
