Based in the Northern Home Counties head office, the Store Stock Planning Manager will be responsible for delivering effective stock management which supports the commercial plan for the fashion departments for European stores. You will need to review the current stock packages across our European stores and put into place effective measures to align stock covers.To do this you will be required toanalyse store performance and ensure that the reasons behind the performance is understood so that effective actions are taken to drive sales and reduce markdown. You will have ownership over the managementof the resources in the team to ensure all department KPI's are met.

To do this you will be deciding the Allocation and Replenishment factors, ensuring all Department processes meet the needs of the business, and using your analysis skills to make others aware of both risks and opportunities.A key part of your role is the coaching and development of your team and ensuring effective ways of working are in place across the team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Store Stock Planning Manager candidate will:
• Ideally come from aclothing background witha high street multiple, or a blue-chip supermarket
• Have an excellent background in Branch Merchandising/ Stock Planning
• Have managed of ateam and show strong leadership skills
• Show a strong analytical ability- understanding stock spread across stores to better determine howto manage stocks to hit budgets.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of replenishment, allocation and ranging systems and can bring new ideas to the role.
• Good Excel, and process implementation experience.
• Independent and confident
• Able to manage multiple tasks and come up with quick and workable solutions.
• Adaptable
