This exciting role has been developed to work alongside the new senior management team, developing production procedures through customer interaction. This will include and not be limited to the analysis of warranty and product returns, the use of 6 sigma methodologies to reduce product variances and will ultimately be charged withdecreasing complaints and improving quality.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a track record in service delivery on a multi-national scale, developing relationships with customers and clients is essential and integration with key stakeholders both internally and externally will be essential.

This person will ideally have knowledge in 6-sigma and or lean techniques
Will be an engineer or qualified in a relevant manufacturing discipline
Will have a working knowledge of assembly manufacturing processes.
This person must be willing to travel
