An exciting opportunity has arisen working for aFTSE 250 Insurance company based in Essex.
As a Sales Coach you are expected to drive performance excellence within a team of inbound and outbound customer advisors.
Key Responsibilities will be:
-Provide in-depth sales coaching
-Develop sales skills and awareness to missed opportunities
-Develop and follow up training courses
-Awareness of sales performance
-Posses excellent closing techniques and the ability to close sales at the first point of contact
-Coach maximising revenue and sales through up selling skills

Who we're looking for
Coaching skills are key but you will will ideally have experience of selling insurance/underwriting.
