Proposition Development Executive

To support the development of the B2B market proposition through:
• Supporting the wider business in the development and delivery of its strategic proposition
• Creating and delivering relevant on-brand offerings that promote our existing offer in its best possible light
• Design, coordinate and deliver the sales and marketing campaigns required to achieve the Majors and Multi Site MTP
• Influencing B2Bs future offer so that it increasingly differentiates us within the market and which deliver sustainable and commercial return for the business

Who we're looking for
The post holder reports to the Strategic Proposition Development Manager. The team is office based with support and sales functions in London and the South West. Consequently, to effectively engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders, the role will require some travel in the UK.

The primary responsibility of the job rests in supporting the development and delivery a market proposition strategy and plan for that will result in the successful delivery of market differentiating Sales and Marketing campaigns incorporating the development and launch of products, services, messages and solutions that exactly meet market requirements and that are in line with our clients strategy and vision.

Market proposition means far more than just the physical delivery of a product or service. It is about developing any aspect of our offering that will affect a customer's experience with our Utilities clientincluding our processes, people, channels, promotions, differentiation, support and pricing.

Propositions can range from a simple benefits led messaging campaigns through to complex integrated business solutions.
• An education to degree standard is required, or a demonstration of ability to the same level delivered in a working environment.
•Strategic marketing role.
•Project management ability.
• Demonstrates track record of excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build effective relationships
