As Retention Email Marketing Manager, you will work as part of a team, working closely with the Marketing Director to set strategy and deliver email marketing campaigns to drive retention and activation. Working across a portfolio of 80 websites and online properties, a majority of which are dominant in their designated space, you will lead segmentation of the database to achieve the optimum relevance, using customer insight to help shape targeting decisions.
You will then be responsible for the creative look and feel of the emails, the content and the product/promotion selection to give the customer base the best online experience.

Who we're looking for
Of graduate calibre, you will have experience of delivering email marketing campaigns, ideally withina retail environment. A strong communicator, you will be a hard worker with passion and an attention to detail. You will be joining an ambitious growing business, and will have a personality to suit this!
