Area Manager -Scotland, Perth, Dundee, Edinburgh, East Kilbride , Kilmarnock, Glasgow . This role is in the fast-paced world of retail, you will be managing the performance of 10 stores in and around Scotland, Perth, Dundee, Edinburgh, East Kilbride , Kilmarnock, Glasgow You will be responsible for driving the business across key KPIs, customer service and shop standards and driving new business initiatives.
Who we're looking for
You will already be in a multi-site role, within a fast-paced business. Experience of an "assisted sales environment" is required.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of improving your stores' performance through developing your managers to lead and inspire their staff. You have excellent administrative and organisational skills and you 'run a a tight ship' with regard to operational compliance.
You will, above all, be keen to improve yourself and to make an impact in a challenging and evolving market.
