Field Account Manager

To manage and develop new business from existing & prospective clients inside the target area.
• To achieve and exceed all agreed sales targets and performance measures.
• To proactively target new business and to seek additional revenue streams.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet short and medium term business plans.
• To liaise with internal account managers.
• Manage effectively the relationship with the defined account base.
• React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and issues.
• Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with all internal contacts.
• Maintain high levels of appropriate product and service knowledge on current and future products.
• Maintain knowledge of the industry and competitor activity to better promote the clients position
• Regularly monitor the account base to better understand buying patterns and to identity opportunities.
• Maintain full, accurate, honest and timely records.
• Respond to management requests in a timely manner.
• To manage own diary.
• Any other duties as necessary for the role.

Who we're looking for
• Two years Account Management experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Sales experience gained within a telephone or face to face role.
• Experience selling into the Corporate market
• Knowledge of a multi layered sell would be hugely beneficial
• Business focused.
• Results driven.
• Committed.
• Positive & confident.
• Responsive to coaching & self development.
• Self-motivated & organised.
• Adaptable to change.

What's on offer
£30k £35kbasic plus £15k OTE plus £5,400 car allowance
