Marketingand Customer Services Manager willdevelop, implement and administer all aspects related to marketing, pricing, customer service, advertising and other commercial functions. Supervises the development and product/market strategies and provides sales support to marketing companies. The position will manage sales/marketing responsibilities for all external OEMs.
This position is primarily responsible for defining the requirements of future customer needs for products through customer input and competitive market intelligence. Also responsible for worldwide external OEM sales, forecasting customer requirements, market based pricing, customer service improvements, service parts sales and identifying and implementing the marketing plans for identified growth opportunities. Responsibilities also include new product recommendations, and marketing communications. This role will be West Midlands based.

Who we're looking for
Requires a degree in a technical discipline (degree may be in business/marketing, if candidate possesses strong technical job experience). Should have significant experience in either OEM Account Management, along with developing and implementing marketing/commercial strategies
